Sly Syxx

This my friend, THIS. IS. SPART-
Actually this is my new OC Syxx,
He is a transforming Lizard/Frog/Turtle, reptile thing mixed with human, so yeah....
He is a spy; well...not really, he just likes to spy. :I
Creeper.
Anyways, If he wants to be un-noticed by his brightly colored hair, and skin, he pulls down his hat, which have a pair of goggles sewn into them so he can see out of his hat....
He is also not part of Shade Tree.
